Abstract: A pour over beverage maker includes an infusion container and a liquid tank. The infusion container includes a base, a rim defining an open end of the container, and a wall portion made of a flexible material. The wall portion is disposed between and interconnects the base and the rim. The container is configured to be positioned in one of a folded condition in which the wall portion is folded into itself and an extended use condition. The liquid tank is configured to mount atop the container when the container is in the extended condition. A lower portion of the liquid tank is received in the container open end and has at least one liquid outlet allowing associated liquid within the tank to flow into the container when mounted atop the container. The liquid tank is configured receive and store therein the container when in the folded condition.

The cap assembly includes a securing part releasably connected to the container, a nozzle secured to the container by the securing part, and a closure part connected to both the securing part and the nozzle. The closure part is configured to move along a longitudinal axis of the condiment bottle from a closed position where the closure part sealingly engages the nozzle to an intermediate position where the closure part is spaced from and covering the top of the nozzle. The closure part is further configured to pivotally move from the intermediate position to an open position where the closure part is located along a sidewall of the nozzle.

The basket body includes a seal at an upper first end and a retention member at a lower second end. The basket body is sized to be received in an associated drain, the seal for directly sealingly engaging an outer surface of the associated drain, and the retention member for directly engaging an inner surface of the associated drain. The wiper includes a wiper body having second water openings. The wiper body is removably mounted within the basket body for entrapping debris within water and removing the debris from within the basket body.

The smaller diameter tube is movable in an axial direction with respect to both the collar and the larger diameter tube. At least one of the collar and the larger diameter tube cooperates with the radially enlarged section to inhibit further axial movement of the smaller diameter tube with respect to the collar beyond an extended position.
