Abstract: In accordance with the present invention, there is provided various embodiments of a golf swing training device which is uniquely configured to maintain a desirable bent wrist condition through the entirety of the downswing (including golf ball impact) and follow-though or finish of the golf swing. More particularly, the training device constructed in accordance with the present invention allows the wearer/user to start the golf swing with the right wrist in its natural, generally flattened condition at address. Once the backswing of the golf stroke is initiated, the training device of the present invention allows the wearer/user to bend the right wrist back naturally, and at different amounts so as to represent the different amounts of right wrist bend a golfer may employ for shorter and longer strokes.

The handle of one measuring cup is receivable within a channel formed in the handle of the other measuring cup. The measuring cups can be sized to receive different volumes of material, and smaller measuring cups can be disposed within the larger measuring cups in a stacked, nestable manner.

Abstract: Adjustable slicing devices and blades for the adjustable slicing devices are provided. One slicing device includes a frame having a first configuration and a second configuration. The slicing device further includes a first guide plate and a second guide plate wherein the first and second guide plates are mounted to the frame and include an opening formed between the guide plates in the first configuration. The device includes a first blade mounted in the opening in the first configuration, the blade having a cutting edge, and an adjustment control member having a first position for releasing the frame from the first configuration.

Abstract: A food slicer and grater is provided. In one implementation, the food slicer and grater may include an adjustable base including a first and second base portion. The first base portion may be slidably moveable relative to the second base portion in a stepwise incremental fashion. The food slicer and grater may also include a food cutter element configured to be removably coupled between the first base portion and the second base portion. The food cutter element may also be configured to be removably coupled to an outer surface of the adjustable base or the outer surface of another food cutter element.
