Abstract: A method for receiving, integrating and storing messages received from and sent to various users in different message types by subject matter. Individual users can communicate with the system via a preferred message type of each individual user. Each user message includes a subject matter. The system and method store each sent and received message to and from each user by subject matter thus allowing all messages relating to a particular subject matter to be queried and reported irrespective of the message type in which they are sent and/or received.
