Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of medicine, which provides a liposomal docetaxel palmitate formulation and a method for preparing the said formulation. The liposomal docetaxel palmitate formulation contains docetaxel palmitate as the main drug, a chelating agent, lecithin and DSPE-PEG2000. It is characterized in that docetaxel is prepared into a docetaxel palmitate lipophilic prodrug, thus overcoming the defect that docetaxel cannot be processed into liposomes due to poor hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity. The liposome prescription of this invention contains a chelating agent with a substantive effect that can prolong the action time of the drug in the body, improve the anti-tumor effect and be prepared smoothly. Therefore, the chelating agent in the formulation is the core technical feature of the present invention.

The system comprises a signal sensor, a voice-event detector and notice and alarm element. In the method, voice signals are captured from a remote unit in an environment. The captured voice signals are classified into at least a voice event. As such, an emergent-event notice is automatically transmitted out if one of predefined emergent events is detected. In the building method on behavior trajectory, messages on voice events are continuously recorded. When the number of the recorded voice events reaches a threshold, a behavior trajectory is constructed, in which a behavior consists of two or more voice events or a single voice event.

Abstract: The present invention provides improved magnetic recording media comprising a substrate, a non-magnetic underlayer, and a cobalt alloy based magnetic layer in a hexagonal closely-packed structure. An optional thin magnetic or non-magnetic intermediate layer is disposed between the magnetic layer and the substrate. The multilayer thin films of this invention are subjected to heat treatment after deposition. The multilayer films of this invention provide significant improvement in magnetic properties for longitudinal magnetic recording.
