At least a part of a barrier structure of the display panel is in the peripheral circuit region, and the barrier structure includes an organic barrier layer including an opening passing through the organic barrier layer and an inorganic barrier layer covering the organic barrier layer and filling the opening; an extension direction of the opening is same as that of an edge, close to the opening, of the display panel; the peripheral circuit is in the peripheral circuit region.

Abstract: An embodiment of this application provides a method and apparatus for testing control software, and a computer-readable storage medium to reduce the time consumed in the simulation-based debugging and enhance efficiency. The method may include obtaining test information of a plurality of fault signals; and injecting, based on the test information of the plurality of fault signals, the plurality of fault signals into a simulation environment in sequence to obtain test results of the plurality of fault signals handled by the control software, where the simulation environment may be a simulation environment of a control object of the control software.

The data write circuit is configured to transmit a signal of a data signal terminal to the second node in response to a signal of a first gate driving signal terminal. The threshold compensation circuit is configured to communicate the first node with the third node in response to a signal of a second gate driving signal terminal. The first capacitor is coupled between the first node and the first gate driving signal terminal. The second capacitor is coupled between the first node and the second gate driving signal terminal.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for rapidly detecting the total mercury content of soil in urban relocation sites using archaea molecular marker OTU69. The present invention provides a DNA molecule (probe), as shown in SEQ ID NO.1 of the sequence listing. The present invention also protects the application of the probe in detecting or assisting in detecting the total mercury content of the soil. The present invention also protects the application of the probe in comparing the total mercury content of the soil in different plots. Using the method provided by the present invention to detect the total mercury content of the soil or compare the total mercury content of the soil of different plots has the following advantages: small sample demand, no need for pre-treatment, short required time, low labor cost, and realizing the rapid automatic detection of large quantities of samples.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of separating hematopoietic stem cells from umbilical cord blood, including the following steps: a hydroxyethyl starch solution is added into cord blood and mixed uniformly, then centrifuged to get an upper liquid layer and a lower erythrocyte layer; the liquid in the upper layer and the erythrocytes in the lower layer are centrifuged respectively; an upper plasma layer and a basal cell layer are obtained after the centrifugation of the upper liquid layer, the cells in the basal layer are resuspended; a superficial buffy-coat layer is obtained after the centrifugation of the erythrocytes, and the superficial buffy-coat layer is metered with the plasma in the upper layer, and then centrifuged to get a lower cell layer, which is precipitated to remove erythrocytes and then resuspended; the above resuspended cells are added into freezing medium, mixed uniformly and then stored in a liquid nitrogen tank.

Abstract: A method for switching a shared network protocol of a baseboard management controller comprises: determining whether a mainboard is connected with an external network card by a baseboard management controller; determining whether an external network card network port of the external network card is connected with a network cable by the baseboard management controller when the mainboard is connected with the external network card; connecting a physical link of a shared network protocol of the baseboard management controller with the external network card network port when the external network card network port is connected with the network cable; and connecting the physical link of the shared network protocol of the baseboard management controller with a mainboard network port of the mainboard when the external network card network port is not connected with the network cable. As a result, the shared network protocol can be maintained in normal operation.
