The method includes: capturing an inventory counting image of a target box through the warehousing robot; and determining an inventory count of a material in the target box according to the inventory counting image. According to the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure, an inventory counting image of a target box is captured through a warehousing robot, and a count for a material in the target box is determined through image identification on the inventory counting image, to implement in-situ and automatic inventory counting for the material, without the need for cross-zone movement of the box, such that the efficiency of material inventory counting is greatly improved and the cost of inventory counting is lowered.

The method includes: growing a Nb2N sacrificial layer on an original substrate, and growing a GaN insertion layer on the Nb2N sacrificial layer; growing a Ta2N sacrificial layer on the GaN insertion layer, and growing a semiconductor layer on the Ta2N sacrificial layer to form a GaN wafer; bonding the GaN wafer with a first surface of a temporary carrier, and removing the Nb2N sacrificial layer and the Ta2N sacrificial layer; and transferring remaining material after removal of the Nb2N sacrificial layer and the Ta2N sacrificial layer to a target substrate, and removing the temporary carrier from the remaining material to form the GaN chip.

The specific gravity of the inorganic particles and inorganic dispersant are respectively represented by s1 and s2, 0.05<s2/s1<1. The total amount of inorganic particles and inorganic dispersant ranges from 0.5 to 70 parts by weight, the amount of polymer dispersant ranges from 0.1 to 20 parts by weight, and the amount of organic binding agent ranges from 10 to 98 parts by weight. Since the inorganic particles are stably dispersed in the composition, the composition can be applied to coating, paint or composite materials and has improved wear-resistant and anti-scratch properties.
