Abstract: The embodiments of the present application provide a display substrate and a display apparatus, comprising a first region and a second region, the first region is located at a side of the second region close to an edge of the display substrate; the second region comprising a plurality of first transistors; the display substrate comprising: a substrate; a lead wire located in the first region; conductive pads located between a film layer where the lead wire is located and the substrate; a first insulating layer located between a film layer where the conductive pad is located and the film layer where the lead trace is located, wherein in a direction perpendicular to a plane where the display substrate is located, the conductive pad and the lead trace overlap; and the first insulating layer is comprised between the conductive pad and the lead trace.
