    Abstract: Provided is a method and device for transmitting and receiving a Synchronization Signal block (SS-block). The method for transmitting the SS-block includes: configuring the SS-block in an NR unlicensed spectrum, wherein the SS-block occupies x OFDM symbols, with x being a positive integer no greater than 4; and transmitting the S S-block to a user equipment with a preset or configured subcarrier spacing. By this method, during the configuration of SS-block, the SS-block occupies x Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing symbols. If the SS-block occupies a relatively small number of symbols, it is possible to reduce the duty cycle of DRS. In other words, it is possible to shorten the transmission duration of the SS-block, so as to reduce the time that the SS-block occupies the channel in the unlicensed spectrum.

After the charging appointment is made, charging data is uploaded to a charging optimization scheduling model pre-trained by a cloud platform for obtaining an electric vehicle charging scheduling strategy, so that powerful cloud platform computing abilities and rapid response advantages of the edge computing unit are fully utilized, the problem of network congestion is avoided, and timeliness is improved.

    Abstract: An array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display panel are provided by the present application. The array substrate includes an active layer, a gate electrode and an interlayer insulation layer. A content of hydrogen in the interlayer insulation layer is greater than or equal to a content of hydrogen in the active layer, and the hydrogen in the interlayer insulation layer can be transferred to the active layer. A sheet resistance value of the active layer is less than 1000 ohm/square. Because the hydrogen in the interlayer insulation layer can directly diffuse and transfer to the active layer, the hydrogen content in the active layer can be increased to achieve the purpose of conductivity, thus eliminating the process of ion doping in the active layer, simplifying a preparation process of the array substrate, and improving comprehensive performance of the array substrate.

    Abstract: Provided is a method and device for transmitting and receiving a Synchronization Signal block (SS-block). The method for transmitting the SS-block includes: configuring the SS-block in an NR unlicensed spectrum, wherein the SS-block occupies x OFDM symbols, with x being a positive integer no greater than 4; and transmitting the S S-block to a user equipment with a preset or configured subcarrier spacing. By this method, during the configuration of SS-block, the SS-block occupies x Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing symbols. If the SS-block occupies a relatively small number of symbols, it is possible to reduce the duty cycle of DRS. In other words, it is possible to shorten the transmission duration of the SS-block, so as to reduce the time that the SS-block occupies the channel in the unlicensed spectrum.
