Abstract: A ventilated adjustable firmness bed designed to allow a user to manually change the firmness of their bed. A ventilated adjustable firmness bed includes a multilayered mattress and a uniform mattress, wherein the multilayered mattress and uniform mattress each have a different firmness. A cover is designed to enclose both the multilayered mattress and the uniform mattress, with a fastener designed to secure the multilayered mattress and the uniform mattress within the cover. The multilayered mattress has a plurality of apertures designed to provide ventilation and has one or more layers, each of a different firmness and extending the full width and length of the multilayered mattress such that each layer is flush against one another. The uniform mattress has a plurality of slots along an upper surface. In this way, a user is able to manually adjust the firmness of the bed through vertical alignment of the mattresses.

  • Patent number: 9015629
Abstract: Example systems and methods of managing content are described. In one implementation, a method accesses a first set of data, a second set of data, and menu data. The menu data is associated with multiple menu actions relevant to the first set of data and the second set of data. The method generates display data that allows a display device to present the first set of data, the second set of data, and the menu to a user such that the menu is positioned between the first set of data and the second set of data. The method receives a user selection of a menu action and, based on the user selection, generates a graphical object that allows the user to indicate whether to apply the selected menu action to the first set of data or the second set of data.

  • Patent number: 8354321
Abstract: A transistor which includes halo regions disposed in a substrate adjacent to opposing sides of the gate. The halo regions have upper and lower regions. The upper region is a crystalline region with excess vacancies and the lower region is an amorphous region. Source/drain diffusion regions are disposed in the halo regions. The source/drain diffusion regions overlap the upper and lower halo regions. This architecture offers the minimal extension resistance as well as minimum lateral diffusion for better CMOS device scaling.
