    Abstract: A device to facilitate the loading of cartridges into an automatic pistol magazine atop an internal cartridge follower plate which is urged upward by an internal magazine spring. The device comprises a thumb size indented block to which is attached a wire loop. When loading the magazine, the wire loop is hooked around a knob attached to the follower plate, which extends outward through a slot on the magazine wall, and is pulled down, lowering the follower plate, allowing the cartridges to be freely inserted. While loading, the magazine base is inserted into the indentation on the block and the block is held against the magazine base by the force of the spring until loading is completed.

    Abstract: A system and method is disclosed for saving power dissipated during the recharge of large arrays, such a domino SRAMS, by activating only the recharge circuits for the parts of the array that was accessed during the previous cycle. This is accomplished by intercepting the recharge signals and deactivating the signals for the non-accessed portions of the array.

    Abstract: A system and method for improving a domino SRAM that eliminates the need for additional transistors in series with evaluation transistors. The regular structure inherent in RAM arrays is used to minimize both the effective recharge cycle time and the recharge power required to recharge the various levels of domino SRAM circuits. Using a clock signal as a reference, recharge signals are timed to each other and to other functional signals. By adjusting buffers and wiring delays associated with each recharge signal, the recharge signals sent to each level of logic are delayed until the recharge of the previous level is complete.

    Abstract: A storage element responsive to static and dynamic input signals which generates complementary static and dynamic output signals and incorporates scan test logic. The invention includes a first circuit for receiving dynamic and static input signals and providing static output signals in response thereto and a second circuit connected to the first circuit for providing dynamic output signals. In the illustrative embodiment, the first circuit includes a static flip-flop constructed with a multiplexer, a static input (master) latch and a static output (slave) latch. The static input latch provides first and second intermediate complementary outputs on first and second intermediate output terminals respectively.
