  • Patent number: 11969537
Abstract: A medical waste fluid collection cart may include a container assembly and a suction tube having a lumen extending through the suction tube. The suction tube may communicate with the container to deposit waste fluid from a surgical site in the container. The container assembly may include a container, a base forming a bottom of the container, and a lid assembly. The base may include an interior surface defining a draining opening. The interior surface may extend along a ramped path toward the drain opening. The lid assembly may include a lid ring and a lid capable of engaging each other with a twist lock mechanism. The lid ring may engage the container and the lid may cover at least part of a central opening to the container. The container may have a window and a tinting assembly. The container assembly may have a vacuum level detection system.

  • Patent number: 6494427
Abstract: A trimmer line carrier for use with a string trimming mower includes a tubular container having an open end for carrying individual strands of replacement trimming line. A removable cap is coupled to the container for selectably covering the open end. The container includes clamps capable of releasably attaching the container to a handle bar of a string trimming mower. A plurality of guide flanges defining respective apertures are positioned longitudinally along the container outer wall to receive a selected strand therethrough. Linear scale indicia and corresponding graduated numerical indicia are imprinted on the container adjacent the guide flanges such that a strand received through the flanges may be measured using the indicia. A cutter is positioned at one end of the container for cutting a strand of trimming line to a desired measured length.

  • Patent number: 6286234
Abstract: A footwear protector for motorcycle riding for protecting the footwear of motorcycle riders with an article that is easily mounted on the footwear. The protective device includes a sheath member having a forward end and a rearward end, with the forward end being closed and the rearward end having an opening. The sheath member has a top wall and a bottom wall, with a pair of side walls and a front wall extending between the top and bottom walls. The device also includes a gear shift actuator cushion mounted on the top wall of the sheath member. The actuator cushion extends from the opening toward the forward end of the sheath member. A pocket is formed on the top wall of the sheath member. The actuator cushion comprises a resiliently compressible cushion in the pocket for cushioning the transmission of impacts from an upper surface of the actuator cushion to the top wall of the sheath member and footwear positioned in the sheath member.

  • Patent number: 4142153
Abstract: A single proximity probe coil driven by a high frequency source excites eddy currents at the periphery of a conducting disc having one or more stair - stepped perturbations and detects the changing radial levels or distances of the perturbations as the disc rotates. The detected signal is processed to yield output signals representing shaft speed and direction of rotation.
