Abstract: A device for flossing teeth comprises an elongate handle having a central axis. In addition, the device comprises a head including a pair of spaced apart posts and a base portion extending therebetween. Each post has a central axis. The central axis of each post is disposed in a plane that is oriented at an acute angle ? in side view relative to a projection of the central axis of the handle. Further, the device comprises a neck extending between the handle and the base portion of the head. The device also comprises a strand of floss extending between the posts.

The locking mechanism includes a safety gate coupled to the handle, the safety gate being pivotable relative to the handle. Abstract: Methods and compositions are provided for treating a host suffering from headache pain. In the subject methods, a topical NSAID formulation is applied to a keratinized skin site proximal to the pain associated with the headache pain, e.g., a keratinized skin surface of the head, such as the forehead, temple, etc. Practice of the subject methods results in at least a reduction in the intensity of the pain associated with the headache. The subject methods and compositions find use in the treatment of a variety of headache conditions.

Abstract: The detection of unsolicited electronic messages is provided for by searching for pre-formatted text indicative of point-of-contact information in the body of an electronic message. A plurality of electronic messages is received, including a first electronic message and a second electronic message, each electronic message including a header portion and a body portion. The body portion of the first electronic message is searched for pre-formatted text indicative of point-of-contact information, and at least a subset of the plurality of electronic messages, the subset including the second electronic message, is searched for the pre-formatted text. The second electronic message is identified as including the pre-formatted text based upon the searching of at least the subset of the plurality of electronic messages, and the first electronic message is flagged as unsolicited based at least upon the identifying of the second electronic message.

Abstract: A table saw having a frame to support a powered saw blade, a work surface moveably mounted on the frame, the work surface having at least two portions with a space therebetween to allow the saw blade to pass between the two portions. The work surface portions are joined by at least two drive dogs moveably seated in aligned brackets, thereby holding the two portions in fixed relationship when the work surface is both stationary and moving. A pin extends from each drive dog into a keyway mounted on the frame with a portion of the keyway adjacent to the saw blade extending away from the saw blade, whereby a drive dog approaching the saw blade is withdrawn from one of the pair of brackets and from the space between the two portions while the remaining drive dog or drive dogs continue to maintain the two portions in fixed relationship.

Abstract: Methods and compositions are provided for administering methadone to a subject. Aspects of the invention include employing a topical methadone formulation, e.g., a patch or analogous topical administration formulation. The subject methods and compositions find use in a variety of applications, e.g., in the treatment of a variety of different types of pain.

Abstract: Methods of debriding a skin wound are provided. Embodiments of the subject methods include contacting the skin wound with a hydrogel patch debridement composition to debride the wound. Also provided are systems and kits for use in practicing the subject methods.

Abstract: Methods are provided for treating a host suffering from a condition resulting from pressure applied to the median nerve of the carpal tunnel, e.g. carpal tunnel syndrome. In the subject methods, an effective amount of a topical NSAID formulation is applied to the palmar dermal surface proximal to the target median nerve. Practice of the above methods results in an amelioration of at least one symptom associated with the condition being treated. Also provided are kits for practicing the subject methods.
