    Abstract: The present invention relates to a coloured particles and to detergent compositions containing them that can be used to impart a hueing effect to fabrics contacted with these coloured particles in aqueous solution. The invention enables the effective hueing whilst alleviating problems of staining or spotting by combining in the coloured particle, hueing agent, preferably pigment, binding agent and suspending agent.
