Abstract: Disclosed is a sign caddy system for mounting from a hitch receiver of a vehicle. Certain embodiments include a pair of upright tube arrays that are spaced apart such that a tube in one array can receive a first leg of a sign (such as a real estate listing sign) while a complimentary tube in the other array receives a second leg of the sign. Advantageously, users of a sign caddy embodiment can easily transport real estate signs (or other sign types) externally on the vehicle.

Abstract: A portable, adaptable gaming surface for use in strategy games and planning boards is disclosed which comprises tiles the surfaces of which are printed with grids and are compatible with the use of dry-erase markers for drawing upon such tile surfaces. Tiles comprise means of interconnecting with other like tiles, preferably using jigsaw-puzzle-like tabs extending from at least two edges of such tile, and cut-outs, configured to receive such tabs receding into two opposing edges of such tile.

Abstract: A stainless steel sheet metal housing has three sets of supports which are vertically disposed, with respect to each other. One or more burners are mounted on the lower most support. A heat distribution member or members are mounted on the intermediate support. Grids or griddles are mounted on the upper most support. All of the burners, heat distribution members, grids and griddles may be lifted in or out of said housing whereby different combination of components may be provided. The heat distribution means may be either a plurality of ceramic briquettes or a radiant metal plate. This way, the charbroiler may be configured in many different ways to accommodate the changing tastes of customers, either in the short term over the course of a day or in the long term over a number of weeks, months or years.

Abstract: A dehumidifier for a head-disk assembly in a disk drive unit. The dehumidifier includes a housing which is ported to define an air passage therethrough. Within the passage is a Peltier effect device that has a cold surface exposed to air flowing within the passage and a hot surface connected to a heat radiator. Water vapor carried in air that contacts the cold surface condenses; there is sump below the cold surface to contain water that condenses. The housing is installed so that air flow through the passage is induced by convection.
