  • Patent number: 10822159
Abstract: A method for shipping live plants that require illumination during shipping including steps of selecting an illuminated shipping container that includes a lower pot configured to hold soil and a plant, and an upper lid with pendent side wall and an upper closed end made of material that allows light from an illuminating light source attached to its upper closed end. Soil is placed into the lower pot and a light requiring plant in embedded in the soil with the stem, branches, and leaves extending above the soil. Next, an elastic seal is places around the stem of the plant and pressed against the soil to hold the soil in the pot during shipment. Next, the lower edge of the upper lid is attached to the upper edge of the lower pot. A tamper resistant indicator then disposed between the pot and lid. Next, the illuminating source is activated. The shipping container containing the plant is then shipped to the desired destination.

  • Publication number: 20200037670
Abstract: An E-fluid atomizer used with the handpiece for an e-cigarette that includes at least one sliding plunger disc made of magnetically attractive material located inside a cartridge that includes an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder. Disposed between the inner and outer cylinders is a gap filled with an elongated cylindrical coil assembly configured to create a magnetic force on the plunger disc when energized thereby forcing the disc downward in the inner cylinder filled with E-fluid. Located below the cylinders is an inner sleeve and insulator. Formed in the insulator is a combustion chamber containing a heating element. E-fluid flows into the combustion chamber and undergoes combustion with the heating element. Located below the inner sleeve and insulator is an end cap that includes a neck that attaches to a threaded port on the handpiece.

  • Patent number: 10179694
Abstract: A tamper-resistant shipping container for a live plant that includes a conical shaped lower pot containing the roots of a plant surrounded by planting soil. Disposed inside the lower pot and over the top surface of the soil is a disc-shaped, sealing cover made of neoprene or elastic foam. The sealing cover includes a center bore through which the stem of a plant extends. During assembly, the sealing cover is positioned around the stem and pressed firmly against the soil. Attached to the top edge of the lower pot is a lid made of translucent material with surrounding side walls and a closed upper end. Mounted on the upper end_of the lid is an illuminating light source containing LED bulbs and batteries and a switch. When activated the LED bulbs produces continuous light that shines downward onto the plant during shipment. Attached to the adjoining edges of the lid and the lower pot is a tamper-proof tie.

The sealing cover includes a center bore through which the stem of a plant extends. During assembly, the sealing cover is positioned around the stem and pressed firmly against the soil. Attached to the top edge of the lower pot is an inverted transparent lid with a surrounding side walls and a closed top end. Mounted on the top surface of the lid is an illuminating light source containing LED bulbs and batteries. The light source which includes a manual switch, when activated produces continuous light that shines downward onto the plant during shipment. Disposed around the adjoining edges of the lid and the lower pot are tabs connected together with a tamper-proof tie.
