  • Patent number: 11951940
Abstract: A wheel fastener alarm assembly is provided having a fastener body with a first portion defining a wrenching surface and a cavity, and a second portion with a threaded portion to attach and detach from a wheel of a vehicle. A sensor array is disposed in the cavity of fastener body to detect an attribute of the fastener body and generate an output signal based on the attribute of the fastener body. An antenna connected to the sensor array to transmit the signal to a remote location. A cap is secured to the first portion of the fastener body and covers the wrenching surface and the cavity opening to define a capped fastener body.

  • Patent number: 7147234
Abstract: An improved leg means providing leveling support for a wheelbarrow resting on un-level ground. As wheelbarrow is lowered to resting position, a center pivoting cradle leg member having left and right leg-feet portions depending downward and laterally outward from under each side of wheelbarrow undercarriage touchable to ground. The cradle leg member is supported by an axle passing through a vertical elongated slot in a yoke member than passing through the cradle leg member center between left and right feet portions. The slotted yoke member is affixed onto wheelbarrow undercarriage. The axle support provides for up and down and seesaw action of cradle leg member. Further lowering of the wheelbarrow will settle it down against the cradle legs which are now graduated to slope of ground. A fixed locking pin member at center of undercarriage supporting will mesh with a toothed locking gear portion of the cradle leg support.

  • Patent number: 6474503
Abstract: This apparatus and method for dispensing lids, such as plastic cup lids for drinking cups, one-by-one from a nesting stack of lids disposed slidable inside a vertically oriented elongated housing, such stack being initially supported from underneath the bottommost lid by a pair of lateral pivoting support plate members. Operating the dispenser by depressing a yoke-lever member urging a symmetrical outboard pair of resilient flat spring jaws laterally inward, engaging from opposing sides, flanged outer rim on such cup lid that immediately overlays the bottommost lid, causing the overlaying cup lid to be flexed, lifted, and ovally distorted. Such oval distortion wedges the overlaying lid between the resilient flat spring jaws and against the inner wall of the elongated housing vertically supporting the overlaying lid and all lids lying thereon. Further action of the yoke-lever will move the pair of support plates to an unsupporting position allowing bottommost lid to fall free, dispensed.
