    Abstract: A barbecue apparatus having a vertical central post removably attached to a laterally extending base and having a plurality of vertically and radially offset transverse openings into which the ends of skewers laden with food may be inserted to position the skewers at the desired height. An auxiliary grill, fire pan, steam pan and smoker dome are provided, all of which are adjustably supported on the central post.
