    Abstract: A sport deck is formed with at least one pattern of tow fibers forming a platform for supporting a weight of a user when riding on a sport deck. The pattern of tow fibers form at least one through opening and at least one intersection of the tow fibers in which at least some of the tow fibers overlie others of the tow fibers. The intersections may be formed with tow fibers of a plurality of materials overlying each other to form layers having a plurality of respective characteristics. The platform may comprise a plurality of patterns of tow fibers. The intersection may be selectively located to strengthen the deck. The tow fibers may form a frame with a skin at least partially covering the frame of tow fibers.

    Abstract: An apparatus, system, and method for a wheeled apparatus includes selective adjustment of at least one of a number of wheels and a position of the wheels in order to achieve a target characteristic from among strength, stability, maneuverability, and wheel surface contact for a wheel board. A front and rear caster wheel may be laterally centered, and one or more sets of centrally positioned wheels may be fore and aft centered to form a generally diamond configuration. The centrally positioned wheels may be raised relative to the front and rear wheels. Adjusting mechanisms enable adjustment of heights, fore and aft positions, and the number of centrally positioned wheels.

    Abstract: An iso-truss structure (10) includes at least two helical components (30, 32) and at least one reverse helical component (34) attached thereto with opposing angular orientations. Each helical and reverse helical component preferably includes at least four elongate, straight segments (22) rigidly connected end to end in a helical configuration forming a single, substantially complete rotation about a common axis (14) forming a first square cross section. The structure may further include at least two rotated helical components (80, 92) and at least one rotated reverse helical component (98) which are rotated with respect to the helical and reverse helical components forming a second square cross section, rotated with respect to the first. The structure may be straight, curved, flexible, or form angles.
