    Abstract: A device for filling a bag with material is disclosed. The device includes a shroud ring adapted to hold a pleated bag and an auger device for forcing material from a hopper through a tube to a funnel and into the bag. The entire device is mobile so that the bag can be placed on a surface and the auger, hopper and funnel assembly can be moved away from the closed end of the bag as it is filled.
