Abstract: The present disclosure provides a financial services platform and method of transferring funds using a financial services platform. The platform may comprise a plurality of rails. The plurality of rails may be based or built on a blockchain. The plurality of rails may be configured to enable a plurality of financial transactions comprising direct deposits, money transfers, debits, financed purchases, and point of sale loans between a plurality of parties. The platform may further comprise an application for implementing the plurality of rails. The application may be executable on a plurality of devices and comprises a graphical interface for facilitating the financial transactions between the plurality of parties. At least one of the financial transactions may be completed by using a visual code that is indicative or representative of a transaction amount or settlement between a first part and a second party.

Abstract: A blockchain system may include nodes, member network entities, and a protocol entity. The nodes together are configured to maintain an immutable record as a blockchain, based on commands provided by the protocol entity. A member may provide a request for a transaction to the protocol entity to perform an operation along with encrypted data. For example, the operation may include a transaction. The protocol entity may invoke a smart contract at one or more nodes to perform the operation on the encrypted data. In response, the node decrypts the encrypted data using a decryption key stored in the node storage equipment to generate cleartext data. The node then performs the operation based on the cleartext data and secures the cleartext data. The immutable record of the blockchain to be updated based on the operation. For example, the secured data and audience permission information may be added to the blockchain.

Abstract: A versatile hair covering holds dreadlocks or other large amounts of hair in a way that creates the appearance of a crown yet is practical since it snugly holds the hair and keeps it away from the face. Its versatility allows it to be worn as a hat or under a hat. The hair covering is made of six five-sided panels of stretchable fabric whose bottom edges are stitched to an annular band of fabric having an elastic insert.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a technique of prospecting for deep massive sulphide ore bodies, comprising the steps of selecting a geologic region which is substantially acoustically transparent; directing seismic waves at the region and collecting reflected or diffracted waves therefrom; and analyzing the collected waves for the presence of the massive sulphide ore bodies.
