    Abstract: A therapy cast can provide fixation, compression, or thermal therapy to a patient. The therapy cast can include a support structure configured to couple to a lower leg of a person and configured to at least partially restrict movement of the lower leg. A compression member can be configured to exert a compressive force to a first portion of the lower leg. The compressive force can include a gradient relative to a spatial position of the lower leg. A thermal member can provide thermal therapy to a second portion of the lower leg.
