Abstract: An apparatus for providing enhanced security and the deterrence of unauthorized or illegal entry into residential or commercial premises by the creation of the perception of occupancy in an outside observer, by passing differing patterns of light and shadow across the surfaces of translucent window coverings in a seemingly random sequence and at varying speed and frequency while also causing the illumination and extinguishment of a secondary llight source in another part of the structure at irregular intervals for variable periods of time.
