  • Patent number: 11921789
Abstract: An apparatus and method for training a search engine generates synthetic search arguments and target information that are provided to the search engine as training. A search argument simulator ingests product information and historical interaction data, determines relevant descriptors, creates compound descriptors, and creates candidate search arguments. A trainer checks the candidates against historical search arguments, identifies similar search arguments and determines likely search arguments that are used for training. An evaluator monitors search engine responses and triggers retraining of the search engine.

  • Publication number: 20080116413
Abstract: A valve assembly is provided including at least one pneumatic component and a pneumatic tube assembly fixedly coupled to the at least one pneumatic component. The pneumatic tube assembly includes a pneumatic tube and at least one tube retaining plate. The at least one tube retaining is fixedly coupled about the pneumatic tube by a weld or brazing process. The at least one tube retaining plate further includes a portion positioned in bonding engagement with a bonding surface of the at least one pneumatic component. A retaining bolt mechanically retains the at least one tube retaining plate to the bonding surface. The retaining bolt and the at least one tube retaining plate provide a bonding path between the pneumatic tube and the at least one pneumatic component.

  • Patent number: 5182530
Abstract: An equalizer (10) for removing parabolic phase distortion from an analog signal (3), utilizing a pair of series connected transversal filters. The parabolic phase distortion is cancelled by generating an inverse parabolic approximation using a sinusoidal phase control filter (18). The signal (3) is then passed through an amplitude control filter (21) to remove magnitude ripple components.
