    Abstract: The present invention relates to a sprayable coating and components having the coating thereon. The coating has noise vibration and harshness reduction or absorption properties. The coating further protects the component from environmental hazards. The composition comprises at least one flexible epoxy resins in amounts of 17 to 40 weight percent; at least one rigid epoxy resin in amounts of 25 to 35 weight percent and at least one curing agent for the epoxy resin in an amount from 2 to 6 weight percent. Components for which the coating is particularly useful include automotive drive train components requiring operation at relatively higher temperatures.
