Authorized participants may access the holdings files recorded to the blockchain and execute the holdings files against one or more rules engines to manage trading activities and initiate operations to align the portfolio of traded assets with one or more goals. The immutable records recorded to the blockchain may facilitate enhanced transparency and auditing while mitigating front-running and free-riding which could potentially have a negative impact on the portfolio.

    Abstract: Embodiments provide systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media for concealing a makeup of a portfolio of traded assets via an optimized holdings file distributed to the public. In embodiments, a holdings file is received that identifies an actual makeup of a portfolio and an obfuscation engine is executed against the holdings file to produce an optimized holdings file. The optimized holding file approximates the portfolio over time but does not include information that reflects the actual makeup of the portfolio at any particular instance in time. The optimized holdings file may be publicly distributed to users while the holdings file is encrypted and distributed to authorized participant servers only, where the encrypted holdings file is ingested by a trading engine of the authorized participant server for use in market making operations with respect to the traded assets held in the portfolio of traded assets.

    Abstract: A process for wrapping an edge flap of a workpiece having a covering sheet extending over a front face thereof and edge flaps protruding outwardly beyond the front face. The workpiece is positioned on a table, with one edge and the protruding flap overhanging and protruding outwardly beyond the table. The workpiece is disposed in proper location by positioning elements and clamps fix it to the table. adhesive is applied to the edge flap. A wrapping arrangement is provided with wiping blades so that upward movement of the wiping arrangement causes a first wiping blade to engage the edge flap and wipe it upwardly into engagement with an edge face, following which the wiping arrangement moves the second blade over the workpiece so that a second wiping blade engages the end part of the flap and wipes it downwardly into engagement with the back face of the workpiece.

    Abstract: A process and apparatus for wrapping an edge flap of a panel-shaped workpiece, wherein the workpiece has a flexible covering sheet extending over a front face thereof and having flexible edge flaps protruding outwardly beyond the respective edge faces. The workpiece is positioned on a support table so that the flexible cover sheet faces downwardly, and one edge of the workpiece and the respective protruding flap are disposed to overhang and protrude outwardly beyond the support table. The workpiece is initially disposed in proper location by temporary positioning elements, and clamps are downwardly extended to engage the workpiece and fix it to the table. Adhesive is applied to the back of the protruding edge flap.

    Abstract: The dipstick fuel squeegee of the present invention includes an elongated, rigid but lightweight base with foot pegs on either end and is long enough to span the opening of most large tanks. The base has a midsection into which first a wiper member and then a securing member are releasably attached. There are openings in the midsection, the wiper member, and the securing member which are vertically aligned. The openings of the midsection and the securing member are approximately equal in size while the opening in the wiper element is smaller. The wiper element is made of a flexible, resilient material and substantially centered over the opening in the seat. During use, a dipstick is inserted through the three openings of the squeegee, the user secures the squeegee by standing on the foot pegs, and the wiper member dislodges any liquid adhering to the dipstick as the user raises it through the squeegee.

    Abstract: A tunnel boring machine having increased thrust capability is disclosed. The machine includes a rotatable cutter head for cutting material away from the face of the tunnel and a drive shaft and motor for rotating the cutter head in a cutting state of operation. A bearing assembly is also provided for facilitating rotation of the cutter head during the cutting state of operation. Thrust cylinders are also provided for generating forward thrust. The machine also includes first and second structures for defining a fluid pressurizable cavity between the cutter head and the thrust cylinders which transmit forward thrust to the cutter head when the cavity is sufficiently pressurized. In addition, the machine includes a pressurizing system for pressurizing the cavity.
