Patent number: 12195967Abstract: A large capacity gutter includes a gutter member, a top hanger, a face support bracket, a lower mounting hanger, and a Z-bracket. A gutter cleat extends from the gutter member and is inserted into the lower mounting hanger. The top hanger preferably includes an upper building mount member, a lengthwise support member and a gutter support projection. The face support bracket preferably includes an L-building mount member, an L-lengthwise support member and an L-vertical member. The lower mounting hanger includes a lower building mount member, and a lower hook portion. The Z-bracket preferably includes a top member, an angled member, and a bottom member. An alignment bar is used to suspend the lower mounting hanger from the building, so the lower mounting hanger may be fastened to the building. The top hanger, the face support bracket and the Z-bracket are assembled to each other and inserted into the gutter member.Type: GrantFiled: June 5, 2023Date of Patent: January 14, 2025Assignee: METAL-ERA, INC.Inventors: Aaron Rauch, Larry Wagner, Chris Parent

Publication number: 20100279213Abstract: Methods and systems for controlling variation in dimensions of patterned features across a wafer are provided. One method includes measuring a characteristic of a latent image formed in a resist at more than one location across a wafer during a lithography process. The method also includes altering a parameter of the lithography process in response to the characteristic to reduce variation in dimensions of patterned features formed across the wafer by the lithography process. Altering the parameter compensates for non-time varying spatial variation in a temperature to which the wafer is exposed during a post exposure bake step of the lithography process and an additional variation in the post exposure bake step.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 12, 2010Publication date: November 4, 2010Applicant: KLA-TENCOR CORPORATIONInventors: Ady Levy, Michael Hanna, Dan Wack, John Fielden, Christopher F. Bevis, Larry Wagner

Publication number: 20050063810Abstract: A latch assembly is provided for selectively maintaining a ramp of a trailer in a storage position. The latch assembly includes a mounting tube mounted to the underside of the trailer and a clamp tube operatively connected to the mounting tube by a plurality of link arms. The clamp tube is vertically movable between an interfering position wherein the clamp tube is vertically spaced from the mounting tube and interfering portions of the link arm intersect the plane in which the ramp of the trailer lies and a non-interfering position where the clamp tube is adjacent the mounting tube.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 22, 2003Publication date: March 24, 2005Inventor: Larry Wagner

Patent number: 5761292Abstract: A transceiver providing simultaneous transfer of control information with voice and data over a public switched telephone network line is disclosed. In a typical system application, the transceiver is coupled to a public switched telephone network (PSTN) via a single telephone line. The transceiver includes logic for generating control information and for combining the control information with voice signals or data signals for transmission and reception through the PSTN using a single telephone line. The present invention provides a PSTN channel having two component subchannels, a main channel and a side channel. The main channel is provided for the transfer of voice signals and data signals at the same time the side channel is transferring control information and/or additional data signals. The control information transferred on the side channel is used primarily for selecting the transfer of either voice signals or data signals on the main channel.Type: GrantFiled: August 14, 1997Date of Patent: June 2, 1998Assignee: Intel CorporationInventors: Larry Wagner, Ralph S. Smith, Daniel R. Cox

Patent number: 5631967Abstract: A continuous stage variable is generated with a state machine of a controller. A level of transmit attenuation and a level of receive attenuation are generated by the controller using the continuous state variable. Local audio signals generated with a local microphone are attenuated with a transmit attenuator at the level of transmit attenuation for transmission to a remote node. Remote audio signals received from the remote node are attenuated with a receive attenuator at the level of receive attenuation for playback at a local speaker.Type: GrantFiled: December 20, 1994Date of Patent: May 20, 1997Assignee: Intel CorporationInventors: Larry Wagner, Robert A.
