Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a semiconductor package with at least one grounded fence to inhibit dendrites of die-attach materials. The semiconductor package includes a carrier, a die-attach material, and a wire-bonded die. The carrier includes a die pad and a negative carrier contact. The wire-bonded die includes a die body, a negative die contact, a grounded fence, and a bonding wire. A bottom surface of the die body is coupled to the die pad by the die-attach material. The negative die contact and the grounded fence reside over a top surface of the die body. The grounded fence, which has a same DC potential as the die pad, extends between the negative die contact and a periphery of the top surface of the die body. The bonding wire extends from the negative die contact to the negative carrier contact.

Abstract: A computing device having adaptable image search and methods for operating an image recognition program on the computing device are disclosed herein. An image recognition program may receive a query from a user and a target image within which a search based on the query is to be performed using one or more of a plurality of locally stored image recognition models, which are determined to be able to perform the search with sufficiently high confidence. The query may comprise text that is typed or converted from speech. The image recognition program performs the search within the target image for a target region of the target image using at least one selected image recognition model stored locally, and returns a search result to the user.

The table half may further include a fastener spanning the abutment between the sections to secure the connection of the sections.

A request is received from the user for the data from the data source and a cache key corresponding to the requesting user is generated based on a set of the user groups of such user. The generated cache key represents access rights for the user based on the set of the user groups of the user. Thereafter, it is determined whether any data that satisfies the request is stored in the cache with the generated cache key.
