Abstract: A pallet washing apparatus and its associated methodology, wherein all of the pallets in a vertical stack of pallets are cleaned simultaneously, the stack being vertically expanded to provide a separation distance between each pallet, with each pallet then being delivered onto individual conveyors passing through washing, rinsing and drying stations, such that cleaning spray may be directed against all surfaces of each pallet, all of the pallets then being restacked for removal in a single stack.

Abstract: Multi-operational mode fluid extractors and associated methods are disclosed herein. An extractor configured in accordance with a particular embodiment includes a waste fluid tank positioned to receive extracted waste fluid and an air mover proximate to the waste fluid tank. A first airflow connector couples the air mover to the waste fluid tank for drawing a vacuum in the waste fluid tank. A second airflow connector is operably coupled to the waste fluid tank and positioned to be coupled to a suction source that is spaced apart from the extractor. In particular embodiments, heat from air moving through the air mover can be transferred from the air mover cavity into the waste fluid tank.

Abstract: Dehumidifiers with improved airflow and fluid management features are disclosed herein. A dehumidifier configured in accordance with a particular embodiment includes a housing, a moisture removal component, and an airflow director. The housing at least partially defines an airflow path extending therethrough. The moisture removal component is positioned within the housing along a portion of the airflow path, and the airflow path enters the moisture removal component in a first direction. The airflow director adjacent to the moisture removal component extends in a plane that is generally parallel to the first direction.

Abstract: A securement system (100) includes a device which permits a portion of a catheter or similar medical article to be easily anchored to a patient, desirably without the use of tape or needles and suture. A securement system for an elongated medical article comprises an anchor pad (110) and a retainer (120) mounted upon the anchor pad. The retainer (120) includes a channel (130) that has at least one abutment surface (160) corresponding to a contact surface on the medical article and a groove (210) configured to receive a spline (40) of the medical article. The medical article is placed into the channel (130). The medical article is secured within the channel by retaining at least one spline (40) and contact surface on the medical article.

For example, errors determined by BIOS firmware running on a chipset are communicated through a DDC or I2C channel from the chipset to the display so that textual error messages are generated at the display without the use of the information handling system's graphic processor to generate an error message image.

Abstract: A securement system for anchoring a medical article to a patient includes a pliant holding device. The device has a body and a plurality of tentacles extending from the body. The tentacles compress and may conform around at least a portion of the medical article to form a secure mount. The holding device may also cushion the medical article and protect the site of attachment on the patient while promoting air circulation. The holding device may include a support and a hinge so that the holding device may be swung away from the medical article to provide easy access for a medical provider.

Abstract: A gel pad for use with a retainer for securing a medical article. The gel pad is formed from a soft, tacky elastomer. A first surface of the gel pad is placed in contact with a patient's skin. A second surface that faces in an opposite direction away from the first surface receives the retainer. The retainer has a channel configured to retain at least a portion of the medical article. In some embodiments, a securement member is employed to affix the retainer relative to the patient. A securement system including the gel pad and retainer is further disclosed along with a method of securing a medical article to a patient.
