  • Publication number: 20230403622
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for call management. Network information associated with a first service may be used for a wireless communication session associated with a second service. The wireless communication session may be caused, based on the network information, to be facilitated by a second network device instead of a first network device.

  • Publication number: 20230370816
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses for presence detection are described herein. A first computing device may emit an inaudible audio signal. A second computing device may detect the inaudible audio signal. The second computing device may send an indication of detecting the inaudible audio signal. The first computing device may cause presentation of content to be modified based on the indication sent by the second computing device and a user profile associated with a user of the second computing device.

  • Patent number: 11792708
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for call management. A method may comprise determining at least a portion of a network topology. A handoff parameter may be determined based on one or more of network telemetry information or reliability information associated with the network topology. A handoff may be caused, based on at least the handoff parameter, between a first network device and a second network device associated with the network topology.

  • Patent number: 10880226
Abstract: A method and system may allow for the scheduling of transmissions. A device may send a transmission request over a network where the request may be an upload request or a download request. Traffic may be monitored on the network and the traffic may determine when the transmission is to be scheduled. Depending on the traffic and the type of transmission, the transmission may be scheduled for a future time or may be added to a queue of pending transmissions. Once commenced, the transmission may be paused and resumed based on continually monitored traffic on the network.

  • Patent number: 10805817
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses for performing Near-field communication (NFC) over a network are presented. In an implementation, a computing device may send to a mobile device a cellular signal that carries information for a NFC signal communication through a communication link, such as a cable. The computing device may determine that an NFC signal propagated from the mobile device has traversed or has been received over the communication link. The computing device may indicate receipt of the NFC signal, or initiate other actions.

  • Publication number: 20200213662
Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for generating environmental data for media content and/or for playback of media content having one or more environmental data streams. The environmental data streams may be automatically encoded during the encoding of the audio data and/or video data. Encoding the environmental data may comprise use of a digital signal processing pipeline to identify visual and/or auditory cues within the video data and/or audio data. The environmental data streams may cause a variety of devices located within an environment to operate in concert with the playback of the multimedia content.
