  • Publication number: 20240172880
Abstract: A roller track for a merchandiser has a roller frame with longitudinally spaced pedestals having a top surface and extending vertically from the roller frame on each lateral side to form receptacles. A roller is disposed in at least a portion of the receptacles. A plurality of longitudinally spaced apart, laterally extending first protrusions is disposed on each lateral edge of the roller frame. Spaces between first protrusions define first openings. A bottom of the first protrusions is elevated from a bottom of the roller frame. A plurality of longitudinally spaced apart second protrusions extends laterally from each lateral edge of the roller frame. Spaces between the second protrusions define second openings. The first protrusions and the second protrusions are longitudinally and vertically offset from each other. A longitudinally extending rail is affixed to the pedestal top surfaces on each side of the roller frame.

  • Publication number: 20220369831
Abstract: A merchandise display includes a display base having a surface arranged to hold one or more longitudinal rows of product containers. The display base has either (i) an elevation of its back end higher than its forward end or (ii) a pusher arranged to urge product containers on the display surface toward the forward end. A retainer is mounted on the display proximate the forward end. The retainer is made as a single structure of at least one resilient material. The retainer is deflectable with reference to its mounting point to enable moving product containers onto and from the display surface by deflection. The retainer is sufficiently resistant to bending to retain a longitudinally full row of product containers on the product display surface.

  • Patent number: 11497325
Abstract: A modular product display system has at least two vertically stacked layers. Each layer has at least one roller track supported on one longitudinal end by a rail such that the one longitudinal end is at a different elevation than the other longitudinal end. At least two vertical stacking side barriers are disposed at laterally spaced apart positions between the roller track in each of the vertically stacked layers. The vertical stacking side barriers have protrusions on an upper edge and a lower edge engageable with corresponding openings in the roller track. Either (i) the protrusions on at least one of the upper edge and the lower edge are displaced from a plane of the vertical stacked side barrier, or (ii) the vertical stacked side barriers between the at least two vertically stacked layers are laterally displaced from vertical stacked side barriers between further vertically stacked layers.

  • Patent number: 10786094
Abstract: The present invention relates to a merchandise display device for displaying goods on a goods conveyor, including: a goods tray for supporting the goods along a feed direction V from a rear end to a front end of the goods tray, a front fixing element attached to the front end, a rear fixing element attached to the rear end, two struts supporting the goods tray on the rear fixing element, each having a hook section for fastening the struts to a bracket, a goods end stop arranged on the front fixing element, a pusher device which is guided along the goods tray to advance the goods in feed direction V, at least one, preferably two divider walls which delimit the goods conveyor laterally and is/are constructed to be displaceable for adjusting a width of the goods conveyor transversely to the feed direction V, wherein the goods tray is constructed at least mostly, preferably practically entirely as a closed surface between the struts.

  • Publication number: 20130193156
Abstract: A security dispenser for the display and dispensing of merchandise items, having an elongate housing for storing a row of merchandise items, a rear end, a front delivery end, and a lid. An incremental feed device is disposed in the security dispenser, comprising a pusher assembly for advancing merchandise items to the front delivery end, and a stop mechanism allowing the pusher assembly to achieve its travel in a plurality of predetermined increments. When the pusher assembly is engaged with the stop mechanism, an actuator operably connected to the stop mechanism and having an engagable component, must be actuated by a user wishing to dispense a merchandise item, causing the pusher assembly to temporarily disengage the stop mechanism, thereby allowing the pusher assembly to travel in one of the predetermined increments.
