Abstract: A method of selecting a meeting area to book is described. The method comprises the steps of: determining the location of a user; determining a booking state of a plurality of candidate meeting areas; and in dependence of the user's location and the booking state of the plurality of candidate meeting areas; the method comprises: automatically selecting and booking one of the candidate meeting areas to the user for a predetermined period of time; and notifying the user of the booking.

Abstract: A Graphical User Interface (GUI) for a user device provides an interface for communicating data with nodes in a cloud computing network. The GUI has a communication layer for establishing a dedicated communications session with the cloud computing network, and a cloud interface layer that displays data and information received from the cloud computing network to the user on a display of the device. The GUI usually remains off the visible display screen, but is moved onto the visible display screen over a current user workspace responsive to detecting a first user event. The contents of the GUI may be generated dynamically based on a context of the user workspace. The GUI is moved back to its “out-of-view” position responsive to detecting a subsequent user event, and is translucent to allow the user to see the workspace through the GUI.

Abstract: The invention relates to a system for providing a list to a mobile communication device, wherein the system comprises a mobile communication device and a server. The mobile communication device comprises a first list of parameters of the activity in the mobile communication device, and wherein the server comprises a second list of parameters of activities of a number of second mobile communication devices, and wherein the mobile communication device is adapted to transmit the first list to the server. The server is adapted to receive the first list, wherein the server is adapted to analyse the first list in relation to the second list, wherein the server is adapted to derive a third list based on the analysis, and wherein the mobile communication device is adapted to receive the third list.
