Abstract: A method of lining up portions of slices of food, the portions are transported by a belt conveyor on a plurality of tracks along a conveying direction, one of the plurality of tracks is selected as a first reference track, conveying speeds of a remainder of the plurality of tracks excluding the first reference track are adapted in such a way that the portions are arranged in straight rows arranged orthogonally to the conveying direction when the portions reach a lining-up position, and when the lining-up position is reached, the conveying speeds of the plurality of tracks including the first reference track are aligned to one another.

Abstract: A centrifugal separator includes a separator bowl delimiting therein a separation space and being configured to rotate about a rotational axis and nozzle members arranged peripherally at the separator bowl. Each nozzle member forms a nozzle outlet providing a passage from the separation space to a space outside the separator bowl. The centrifugal separator includes a protective member arranged downstream of each nozzle outlet at an outer periphery of the separator bowl. The nozzle member secures the protective member in relation to the separator bowl, at least in one circumferential direction of the separator bowl.

Abstract: According to a first aspect of the present invention there is provided a method of implementing policy management in an IP Multimedia Subsystem, IMS, for users that are part of an organization or enterprise. The method comprises the steps of separating the users into a plurality of groups, each group being defined by a Group Document that is managed by an XML Document Management Server; for one or more of the groups, including one or more policies in the Group Document of the group; for each of the groups, including in the Group Document identities of groups to which the group is related; and when determining one or more policies that are to be applied to a user, taking account of any policies included in the Group Document of the user's group and any policies included in the Group Document of any related groups.

Abstract: According to a first aspect of the present invention there is provided a method of implementing policy management in an IP Multimedia Subsystem, IMS, for users that are part of an organisation or enterprise. Abstract: A method is provided of communicating configuration information to a network service that is scaled over a plurality of network nodes. The method comprises designating one of the nodes of the plurality as a master node (S1), providing an XML Document Manager Server, XDMS, function in the master node (S2), arranging for the configuration information to be provided to the XDMS function in the master node (S3), and arranging for the XDMS function in the master node to communicate the configuration information to the non-master nodes (T6), or at least any of the configuration information that is relevant to them, such that configuration can be performed in each node of the plurality based on the configuration information (T8). The method is best to be performed in a UMTS environment in combination with an IP Multimedia Subsystem, however it can also be performed in any other network.

Abstract: A method of handling notifications associated with a presence service provided over a communications network and to which service a plurality of users are subscribed. The method comprises subscribing a first user to presence information of one or more peer users. In the event that a notification is sent from said network towards a first user, the notification containing presence information relating to the or at least one of said peer users, any failure to deliver said notification is detected and the notification sent one or more times.
