  • Publication number: 20190122146
Abstract: A system receives information associated with an interaction with an individual in a context. Then, the system analyzes the information to extract features associated with one or more attributes of the individual. Moreover, the system generates, based at least in part on the extracted features, a group of behavioral agents in a multi-layer hierarchy that automatically mimics the one or more attributes. Next, the system calculates one or more performance metrics associated with the group of behavioral agents and the one or more attributes. Furthermore, the system determines, based at least in part on the one or more performance metrics, one or more deficiencies in the extracted features. Additionally, the system selectively acquires second information associated with additional interaction with the individual in the context based at least in part on the one or more deficiencies to at least in part correct for the one or more deficiencies.

  • Publication number: 20190122092
Abstract: A system configures a group of behavioral agents, where a given behavioral agent receives one or more inputs and provides an output corresponding to one or more features associated with an individual, and where the inputs to at least some of the behavioral agents include outputs from one or more of the other behavioral agents. Then, the system generates, based at least in part on a subset of the outputs, a dynamic virtual representation of the individual, where the dynamic virtual representation automatically mimics one or more attributes of the individual in a context. Moreover, the system provides information corresponding to the dynamic virtual representation, and the computer system receives input stimuli associated with a reaction of a user. Next, the system selectively performs a remedial action associated with the group of behavioral agents based at least in part on a portion of the input stimuli.

  • Patent number: 10044221
Abstract: Auxiliary power is required by each generator to orient the rotor blades to face the wind direction and also for other control and safety functions. This auxiliary power is normally extracted from the power generated within each wind turbine generator. During servicing, auxiliary power is supplied from neighbouring generators using dedicated low-voltage cables. In the event of a fault in the high-voltage cable, connecting one of the groups of generators to the sub-station, these low-voltage cables are used to supply the generators within this group with auxiliary power from the output of one or more of the generators, in the other group of generators.

  • Publication number: 20170260949
Abstract: The invention relates to a nozzle needle (10) for a fuel injection device (100), in particular a fuel injector, comprising a nozzle needle tip (12) which is connected to a nozzle needle shaft (11). The nozzle needle tip (12) and the nozzle needle shaft (11) consist of different materials. According to the invention, the nozzle needle shaft (11) has a receiving area (20) formed by a blind bore (21) for the nozzle needle tip (12). The base (22) of the receiving area (20) forms an axial stop for the nozzle needle tip (12), and the nozzle needle tip (12) has an at least approximately constant diameter (d) within the receiving area (20), said diameter simultaneously forming the largest diameter of the nozzle needle tip (12).

  • Publication number: 20170018961
Abstract: An array of wind turbine generators comprises a plurality of groups of generators, each group being connected to a mains electricity grid sub-station by means of a respective high-voltage cable. Auxiliary power is required by each generator to orient the rotor blades to face the wind direction and also for other control and safety functions.

  • Patent number: 8595933
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing an injection valve for liquids, preferably an injection valve for injecting fuel into a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine. The injection valve has a valve body, with a valve seat which is formed therein, and a valve needle which interacts with the valve seat in order to open and close at least one injection opening. The injection valve is produced by means of the following method steps: producing the valve body from steel, hardening the valve body, annealing a partial region of the valve body at an annealing temperature. The device for carrying out the method according to the invention has an inductive annealing generator which generates a suitable alternating current for operating a coil, in the magnetic field of which coil the valve body can be heated for annealing.
