The process configures connections, between the first set of cell sectors included in the first cell sector cluster and a first Baseband Unit (BBU) of multiple BBUs of a Centralized Radio Access Network (CRAN) hub, such that the first BBU processes traffic to and from the first set of cell sectors included in the first cell sector cluster.
