  • Publication number: 20250069926
Abstract: Integrated substrate processing systems are disclosed that are able to achieve high-volume processing of substrates (e.g., greater than 120 substrates per hour) using environmentally sensitive processes and/or tools, such as photolithography processes and/or tools. In some embodiments, for example, the integrated substrate processing system may include an EFEM and a processing tool enclosure that are coupled together to form an integrated processing environment. The integrated substrate processing system may operate to maintain substantially uniform conditions (e.g., at a uniform temperature and relative humidity) throughout the integrated environment, and in some embodiments, may utilize an external air source, such as a remote air module (RAM), in order to do so. In some embodiments, high-volume processing of substrates may be further facilitated by employing specialized substrate handling robots and/or specially adapting the EFEM and/or processing tool enclosure.

  • Patent number: 11902851
Abstract: A smart cord for a corded power tool comprising: a connectivity module connected to the corded power tool and to a power socket through an AC power cord; sensors electrically coupled with the corded power tool; a GPS module coupled with at least a location sensor for determining set of coordinates associated with the corded power tool; a switching device electrically coupled with a controller unit in the connectivity module; a user interface device in communication with the controller unit by a communication module. The controller unit performs: receiving input signals from the sensors; determining based on the received input signals or set of coordinates, whether the received input signal exceeds a threshold parameter and/or the corded power tool is located inside a predetermined boundary area; and generating and transmitting an alert signal to the user interface device.

  • Patent number: 11168504
Abstract: An exemplary armature assembly is configured for use with a door closer comprising a pinion, and generally includes a first arm configured for rotational coupling with the pinion, a second arm pivotably coupled to the first arm at a pivot joint, and a hold-open mechanism. The hold-open mechanism generally includes a clutch having a decoupling and a coupling state, and an electromechanical driver operable to transition the clutch between the coupling state and the decoupling state. With the clutch in the decoupling state, a first torque is operable to cause relative pivoting of the arms. With the clutch in the coupling state, the first torque is inoperable to cause relative pivoting of the arms, and a second torque greater than the first torque is operable to cause relative pivoting of the arms.
