    Abstract: In certain embodiments, a receipt image may be augmented via a user device. In some embodiments, the user device may capture an image associated with a receipt and display the image associated with the receipt. The user device may perform image processing on the image to determine merchant data and transaction data (that are visually depicted on the receipt) and determine a tip recommendation based on the merchant data and the transaction data. The user device may overlay the tip recommendation onto the image associated with the receipt.

Additionally, the processor may be configured to calculate a merchant confidence rating for a merchant using the device locations. Further, the one or more processors may be configured to, based on the merchant confidence rating, determine that the merchant matches a merchant that is associated with merchandising card, and send a reminder a user of the device.
