Pictures are inserted into the window by means of an opening along the back of the device which is constructed of a rigid material covered with synthetic leather. A storage pocket is located on a side of the frame, lying between the front and back portions and is large enough to accommodate the storage of pictures not being displayed at the time. Elastic straps attached to the back of the device provide a means for securing the same to a sun visor.
