  • Patent number: 11953002
Abstract: A scroll compressor and a method for oil enrichment and distribution, wherein the scroll compressor includes a compressor housing, two scrolls, a respective base plate, an eccentric drive, a drive shaft, an axis of rotation, a balance weight, a first bearing, a second bearing, and a counter-pressure space, and wherein a sealing washer is fixed on the first bearing at a side of the first bearing directed to the cavity of the rotatable balance weight and of the second bearing such that the sealing washer seals the first bearing on one side in a radially outer part of a region between an inner ring and an outer ring through which fluid can flow and is, at the same time, spaced from the inner ring in a radial manner such that a gap through which fluid can flow remains.

  • Patent number: 11047383
Abstract: Control flowrate regulating valve for a scroll compressor inside a vehicle air conditioner or a heat pump, the valve at least comprising: a housing; a closing member; and fluid connection parts for a control flowrate of back pressure, high pressure and suction pressure. Fluid connection parts having effective areas, of the closing member, assigned to the fluid connection parts. Control flowrate regulating valve has a fluid connection part, for peripheral pressure, and an effective area of the closing member. It is formed in a fluid-sealing manner for other chambers having high pressure, back pressure and suction pressure, such that the force, obtained from the pressures applied to the closing member, is applied to the closing member to allow the control flowrate, which moves from the high pressure to the suction pressure, to flow in a manner of forming the back pressure. Peripheral pressure is applied to the closing member.

  • Patent number: 10989193
Abstract: A scroll compressor for a motor vehicle air-conditioning system includes a compressor housing, two interleaving spirals within the compressor housing, of which one spiral is stationary and the other spiral is movable eccentrically on a circular orbit, whereby the volume of compression chambers formed between the spirals changes cyclically and refrigerant is suctioned in and compressed; at least one refrigerant outlet port for ejecting the compressed refrigerant in a wall, frontal to the spirals, of the compressor housing in the center of the stationary spiral, wherein in the spiral end region on the inner end of at least one of the two spirals the concave side of the spiral wall is provided with a cut that has the form of a cone segment with concave curvature, decreasing from the upper end in the direction toward the lower end of the spiral wall.

  • Publication number: 20200277955
Abstract: A scroll compressor including a housing (9) with a suction inlet (10) and a system outlet (11), a first scroll element (1) with a spiral (2) that is formed on a first plate that is arranged fixed in the housing (9), a second scroll element (13) with a second spiral (15) that is formed on a second plate that is rotatably arranged in the housing (9), wherein the second spiral (15) is rotated at an angle with the first spiral (2), being arranged radially offset and put together in such a way that the second spiral (15) can roll off in the instance of a rotation of the second scroll element (13) on the first spiral (2) whilst forming a suction chamber, a central chamber and a discharge chamber.
