Abstract: New compounds capable of acting as CDC7 inhibitors are provided. The compounds are useful either alone or in combination with at least one additional therapeutic agent, in the prophylaxis or treatment of CDC7 mediated diseases, such as cancer. The compounds have the Formula (I) or (II), where the values of the variables are defined herein.

Abstract: Water dispersion devices and methods for continuously cleaning an inner surface of a sink basin and a drainpipe of the sink basin comprises at least one member having an end an opposite end. The at least one member includes an inner surface of a portion of the end having a substantially concave shape adapted to couple to a portion of a surface of a cap located at an end of an elongated member of a drain plug of a sink basin. An inner surface of a portion of an opposite end has a substantially concave shape adapted to disperse a stream of water when the stream of water is directed onto the substantially concave shaped opposite end.
