    Abstract: A computerized method for communicating agreements and/or discrepancies in image interpretation, e.g., diagnostic image interpretation, is provided. The method includes receiving a first interpretation of a diagnostic image, receiving a second interpretation of the diagnostic image, determining whether there is a discrepancy between the first and second image interpretations, and communicating the agreement or discrepancy. A computerized method and system for capturing and storing one or more data points related to the diagnostic image for use in auditing and/or peer review processes is also provided.
