Abstract: A platform base having an apertured top wall includes a side wall having a continuous groove therewithin, wherein the continuous groove is arranged to receive panel members to enclose and surround the base top wall, with the panel members including inter-engaging flange and slot structures to secure the panel members in a fixed assembly relative to one another. The panel members are further provided with panel member top walls arranged to accommodate further panel members to permit a stacking of the panel members as desired. A modified base structure includes top walls having facing top wall slots to receive a U-shaped latch member to secure a plurality of such base members together.
