  • Publication number: 20260192544
Abstract: Aspects herein are directed to a moisture wicking and perspiration concealing knit spacer textile and garments formed therefrom that includes a first knit layer formed from yarns that have been treated with a durable water repellant (DWR) finish prior to being formed into the first knit layer and a second knit layer formed from yarns that have been treated with a wicking finish prior to being formed into the second knit layer. The first knit layer and the second knit layer are interconnected by tie yarns. When the textile is formed into the garment, the second knit layer is configured to be positioned adjacent to a skin surface of a wearer and the first knit layer forms an outer-facing surface of the garment.

  • Publication number: 20260123716
Abstract: A lightweight, breathable and high-strength upper formed from a less than full gauge knit, at least in part from consecutive courses of a first monofilament and a second multifilament, is described. Methods of manufacture of an article of footwear including the lightweight upper are also described.

  • Patent number: 12514334
Abstract: A lightweight, breathable and high-strength upper formed from a half-gauge knit or lesser gauge knit, at least in part from alternating courses of a first monofilament and a second multifilament yarn, is described. The upper may include a skin layer. Methods of manufacture of an article of footwear including the lightweight upper are also described.

  • Publication number: 20250333883
Abstract: A knitted component comprising a spacer knit construction having a first knitted layer and a second knitted layer facing opposite the first knitted layer, the second knitted layer spaced relative to the first knitted layer and defining a cavity therebetween, and a spacer strand traversing the cavity between the first knitted layer and the second knitted layer to secure the first knitted layer to the second knitted layer. The first knitted layer is at least partially formed with a first monofilament and a second monofilament such that both of the first monofilament and the second monofilament are exposed on an outer surface of the first knitted layer. The first monofilament comprises a first denier and the second monofilament comprises a second denier, the first denier being at least 250% greater than the second denier.
