Abstract: An emulsified gel composition having an emulsified gel system having an emulsifier and a hyaluronic acid delivery component. The hyaluronic acid delivery component includes a combination of active ingredients. The combination of active ingredients includes each of a hyaluronic acid, a hyaluronidase inhibitor, and hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrantriol. The composition is stable and has a pleasing tactile feel. A method for cosmetic treatment of keratinous tissues is also disclosed.

The oil phase includes at least one silicone elastomer gel comprising at least one emulsifying elastomer, and at least one non-swelling non-emulsifying silicone elastomer. The composition also includes at least one stabilizing agent/spherical powder, water, and one or more additional components selected from actives and other additives. The compositions provide a smooth, non-greasy, silky feel when applied to the skin and other keratinous tissues, and impart to the skin a soft focus or hazy effect and the appearance of an even complexion.
