    Abstract: The present invention relates to compositions and methods for the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of cancer. In particular, the present invention provides compositions and methods of using P450 3A4/5 expression in the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of osteosarcoma. The present invention thus provides improved compositions and methods for providing prognoses to osteosarcoma patients.
