The closure includes a repositionable pressure sensitive adhesive that releasably engages the first exterior part to the second side panel interior facing surface. A free flange extends from the first exterior part. The free flange is devoid of the repositionable pressure sensitive adhesive. The first side panel and the second side panel are more than about 80% by weight paper.
