Abstract: The system for fixing a panel to an edge of an element of a supporting structure includes a clip having a shoe with a U-shaped cross-section and a first sidewall connected by a hinge-plate to a second sidewall. There is a connecting part having a flat part and a substantially cylindrically shaped stud extending perpendicular to a main plane of the flat part. The stud includes a first end fastened to a bottom face of the flat part and a head fastened to a second end of the stud. The head can have a rectangular, oval or elongate cross-section. A small dimension of the cross-section of the head is smaller than a width of the slot of the clip, and a large dimension of the cross-section of the head is larger than the width of the slot of the clip.

Abstract: The multi-ply panel for forming or adding to a wall, floor, or ceiling, or for the inclined surface of a building includes a stack of layers. At least one layer is formed of parallel structural strips, preferably made of wood. Filler strips are placed between the structural strips and made of a different material than that of the structural strips. The materials may be selected for the heat or sound insulation properties, thermal inertia, or fire-resistant properties thereof. At least one rigid filler strip is made of an insulating material with heat conductivity less than 0.038 W/m·K.

Abstract: A facing board, notably plaster board (2), according to the invention has a core (4) disposed between two sheets (6, 8) of card. One sheet (8) of card has a substantially straight cut (12) extending from one edge of the board to an opposite edge. The invention also provides for the core (4) to have a break (14) throughout its thickness, and for the sheet (6) of card opposite the cut sheet (8) to be folded at approximately 180° along the break (14).
