  • Patent number: 12009199
Abstract: An electrodeless discharge lamp with one or more stationary light emitting bulbs inside a common conductive shield to confine an electromagnetic excitation field provided by a plurality of sources. Each bulb can be excited by several electromagnetic radiation sources or by an individual electromagnetic radiation source. Tubular realization of the lamp, with two magnetron or transistor electromagnetic sources facing each other at the extremity of a tubular bulb, are particularly suitable for installation at the focal line of parabolic trough reflector. Some variants combine bulbs of different compositions, and excitation levels can be independently set to control the spectrum of emitted light.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: April 27, 2021
Date of Patent: June 11, 2024
    Assignee: LUMARTIX SA
    Inventors: Laurent Calame, Andreas Meyer

  • Patent number: 9335738
Abstract: A timepiece barrel includes a drum defining a first compartment and a superimposed second compartment; a first tubular hub secured to a first cover and housed at least partially in the first compartment; a second tubular hub secured to a second cover housed at least partially in the second compartment. Each compartment contains a spring wound into a spiral and an inner first end of which collaborates with the first and second hubs respectively and a second end of which collaborates with the drum. The compartments are open on the side of the covers and the first and second covers are free with reference to the drum and are each provided with peripheral teeth, while the drum has no teeth.

  • Patent number: 9214329
Abstract: A discharge lamp (20) for providing visible and/or infrared radiation comprising a stationary light transmitting bulb (21) filled with a composition that emits light when in plasma state, a radiofrequency source (41) having an output terminal (44) radiating a radiofrequency field for ionizing and heating the composition in the bulb to bring it in a plasma state (35), and a dielectric rod (22) aligned with the output terminal and positioned between the output terminal (44) and the bulb (21) acting as dielectric waveguide for the radiofrequency field.

  • Publication number: 20150138932
Abstract: A timepiece barrel includes: a drum (14) defining a first compartment (16a) and a second compartment (16b) which compartments are superposed; a first tubular hub (22a) secured to a first cover (24a) and housed at least partially in the first compartment; a second tubular hub (22b) secured to a second cover (24b) housed at least partially in the second compartment. Each compartment contains a spring (18a, 18b) wound into a spiral and an inner first end of which collaborates with the first and second hubs respectively and a second end of which collaborates with the drum (14). The compartments are open on the side of the covers and the first and second covers are free with reference to the drum (14) and are each provided with peripheral teeth, while the drum (14) has no teeth.
