Abstract: A system is provided for generating an agility index associated with product survey results. The system comprises a processor, a memory, and an application stored in the memory that when executed on the processor receives, aggregates and stores a first survey feedback data received in a first survey. The system also activates a feature to benchmark the first survey data and edits and updates survey questions to produce a second questionnaire. The system also distributes the second questionnaire in a second survey and compares a second survey feedback received in the second survey to the benchmarked first survey data to determine a strategic agility index. The comparison comprises determining percentage changes in surveyed data points from the first survey to the second survey. The second survey is sent to one of the same and similar feedback submitters that submitted the first survey feedback data.

Abstract: A system for processing survey feedback through an online community format is provided. The system comprises a processor, a memory, and an application stored in the memory that when executed on the processor implements a feedback project comprising surveying a general population of buyers of a product. The system also applies quality controls to survey results to create a project demographic profile of a subset of the buyers as desired feedback providers. The system also limits future survey recipients to those matching the demographic profile of the subset and creates an online community feedback network comprising survey recipients matching the demographic profile. The system also provides customized rewards to the future survey recipients as incentives to provide continuing meaningful feedback about at least the product.

Abstract: A feedback system is provided. The feedback system provides online feedback community marketplace connecting commercial feedback receivers, feedback submitters, and a matching algorithm. The matching algorithm identifies specific feedback submitters matching the specific skill-sets, interests, preferences and experiences being sought by the feedback receivers in regards to their commercial venture(s). The feedback system enables the feedback receivers to associate with the identified feedback submitters through a feedback project defined by the former. In response to personalized feedback data tailored to the feedback project a reward and incentive is provided to the respective feedback submitters. The feedback system exports the feedback data in the form of a feedback sticker that associated feedback receivers can display at their place of business.
