  • Publication number: 20150377180
Abstract: A system and method for recuperating energy for a motor vehicle equipped with an internal combustion engine. The system includes a recirculation circuit for the partial recirculation of the engine exhaust gases; a first coolant circuit passing through the engine and passing through a first cooling exchanger configured to collect heat energy from the recirculation circuit; a second circuit through which there circulates a state-change fluid to mechanically drive an output shaft of an expansion machine of the second circuit; and a third coolant circuit comprising a second cooling exchanger to collect heat energy from the recirculation circuit. The first circuit comprises at least one first coupling exchanger serving as a hot source for the second circuit. The first circuit and the third circuit are positioned in such a way that the circulation of coolant through the first circuit and through the third circuit can be independent.

  • Publication number: 20110251696
Abstract: A line of cotyloid implants of different sizes including a cup intended to be fastened in a cotyloid cavity and including a substantially hemispherical polar portion and an equatorial portion extending the polar portion, the polar portion and the equatorial portion delimiting a substantially hemispherical inner cavity, an insert pivotally mounted in the inner cavity delimited by the polar and equatorial portions of the cup, the insert delimiting an inner cavity having an inner spherical surface portion and intended to pivotally and retentively mount a prosthetic femoral head, where the height of the equatorial portions of the cups of the various cotyloid implants belonging to the line varies in a decreasing manner as a function of the increase in the size of the cotyloid implants.

  • Publication number: 20110029095
Abstract: Hip prosthesis including a medullar part of elongated shape intended to be engaged in the medullary canal of a femur, one part forming the prosthetic femoral neck intended to project from the femur and be fitted with a prosthetic femoral head, and a support collar extending transversely to the part forming the femoral neck and intended to take support on the femoral cortex, where the support collar includes a slot.
