  • Patent number: 10962099
Abstract: A cam follower roller device having a tappet body extending along a longitudinal axis and defining a tappet bore, a pin centered on a transverse axis and providing two opposite ends arranged in through-holes transversally facing one another on tappet body, and a roller rotatably mounted on the pin around said transverse axis. The tappet body is a machined metal tube or bar and is provided with a radial plate that is securely fixed within tappet bore, said radial plate being dedicated to support a longitudinally movable piston.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: February 7, 2018
Date of Patent: March 30, 2021
    Assignee: Aktiebolaget SKF

  • Patent number: 9419626
Abstract: A device (110), comprising a temperature sensor (111) accesses an external time or frequency reference (121; 130) for adjusting an oscillation frequency of a VCTCXO oscillator (113). The device determines a variation in the VCTCXO oscillator's ambient temperature over a predetermined time range thanks to measurements from the temperature sensor, and adjusts a frequency, or rate, of access to the external time or frequency reference in order to obtain time or respectively frequency information for adjusting the oscillation frequency of the VCTCXO oscillator, according to the determined variation in temperature.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 13, 2014
Date of Patent: August 16, 2016
    Assignee: SAGEMCOM BROADBAND SAS

  • Patent number: 8976777
Abstract: The invention relates to the field of radio communication devices and, more specifically, gateways connected firstly to a cellular radio communication network via a packet data communication network, such as an IP network, and secondly to cellular mobile communication terminals. The invention proposes to use the same oscillator to provide both the reference clock of the radio subsystem and the reference clock of the general processor of the device. The fact that the same oscillator is used for these two components also allows embodiments in which some of the functions that have hitherto been devolved to a hardware control component, itself operating by means of a clock derived from the radio oscillator and being involved in the control of said oscillator, can now be devolved to a software component that is executed on the general processor of the gateway.
